We are now accepting hotel reservations for our upcoming event. Through this website you can book, modify or cancel your hotel reservations at any time and receive updated information about the event. We look forward to seeing you!
Guarantee and Cancellation Policies
A credit card is required to guarantee the room reservation.
Guests will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the room reservation and a method of payment at the time of arrival. To request a third-party credit card authorization form, please contact the hotel directly.
Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the arrival day.
Reservations modified or cancelled after the cancellation period will result in a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night’s room and tax, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee equivalent to (1) night’s room and tax will apply should an attendee checks-out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date without having notified the hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
